Katie's a professional dancer turned fitness instructor, based in LA. She worked as a group fitness and celebrity trainer at Body by Simone for the past 4 years.
She's currently working independently, teaching dance cardio, core work and pilates based toning. Her classes are music driven and integrate breath, resistance, opposition & grounding. These elements work together to create long lean lines, stability in the body and a balanced mindset.
